First-Time Patient Guide

1. Essential Visitor Protocols

• • Passport / ID Card: Required for registration.
• • Medical Staff Cooperation: Please follow our staff’s guidance for safe care.
  * Facial mask is recommended for personal safety.

2. Step-by-Step Hospital Process

Step 1 Fill in Forms

• Go to the desk (3rd section on the left) and take forms from under the desk.

• Fill out the Symptoms Survey Form and the Consent Form on the back.

Step 2 Take a Queue Ticket

• Press the 접수/수납 Registration/Payment button on the kiosk screen.
• Take your printed queue ticket and wait in the seating area.

Step 3 Registration & Payment

• Proceed to Counter 1 or 2 when your number appears on the screen.

• Submit your Survey Form and Passport/ID.
• Pay the consultation fee (Cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay accepted).

Step 4 Medical Image CD Registration

• Kiosk (Fast): Scan receipt barcode ➔ Insert CD ➔ Wait 5-10 mins ➔ Take CD back.
• Manual: Visit Radiology Dept (B1) and hand CD to staff.

Step 5 Submit Registration Slip

• Detach the Registration Slip from your receipt.

• Find your Doctor's Room (e.g., Room 10) and place the slip in the Holder (진료접수함) next to the monitor.
• Enter when your name shows on top of the monitor.

Step 6 After Consultation

• Wait outside the consultation room.
• A nurse will hand you an In-Hospital Guide (안내문) for your next tests or treatments.
